Stealz, Inc. (“Stealz”), a North Carolina corporation, knows that you take your privacy seriously. We do, too. We are committed to giving you transparency related to our privacy practices and control over your data in connection with Stealz's Services (as defined in Stealz's Terms of Service).

This Privacy Policy covers Stealz's treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and other data that Stealz gathers when you are utilizing Stealz's Services and related platforms (i.e., website, mobile application, etc.). Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to use the Services and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us. Children between the ages of 13 and 18 may only use the Services in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, their parents or guardians.

To provide the Services, Stealz may collect, store and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location.


When you use Stealz, we use this information to manage our Services, to contact users and business owners, to serve social ads, and to otherwise operate our Services.

Stealz will use your information to further our business purposes, such as to perform data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, to enhance, improve or modify the Services, to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and to operate and expand our business activities.

From time to time, Stealz may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Stealz, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.


Any information Stealz collects, including Personal Information, will be placed and stored on a computer server maintained by Stealz or a third-party host. Such information may be copied and cloned for transfer purposes and to create backup copies. Stealz and any third party will agree to implement technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your Personal Information from unauthorized access or improper use.

Personal Information about our users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone. Stealz, however, may share your Personal Information as described below:

When you make a payment, we share information with third parties such as and other payment providers and gateways.
When we market our Services.
When we give each business’s owner our analytics information, which includes when a user makes a purchase, how many purchases a user has made, how many pictures were uploaded to Facebook and Twitter and when, and so on.
When we share a user’s personal information, such as email address, with business owners who are part of our program.
In the event Stealz is sold or there is otherwise a change of control.

Stealz and any participating business users that you have visited will use your Personal Information to communicate with you by mail, telephone, facsimile, e-mail, mobile alerts and SMS text messaging about Stealz or such business users, including in connection with marketing and promotional efforts and to update you about changes to our Services.

Our platform also lets you share information with others. Stealz may disclose your Personal Information to third parties in order to perform services you request or functions you initiate, such as when you post information and materials on Facebook and Twitter. When you post information in a public forum it becomes public, and it may be indexable by search engines. Stealz may use the username and picture you provide for your profile across the Stealz platform, and such information will be treated just like information you decide to make public.

Stealz also may disclose your personal information to comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process; to comply with legal, regulatory, or administrative requirements of any governmental authorities; to protect and defend our company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors, and partners, in connection with any legal action, claim, or dispute; to enforce the Terms of Service; to prevent imminent physical harm; and in the event that we find that your actions on our platform violate any laws, our Terms of Service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.


When you link Stealz to any social networking or third party sites, applications or services, please remember that you are bound by the privacy policy of the social network or third-party site, application or service, and Stealz does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites. You should consult the privacy policy of such sites to determine the information practices of those sites.


Your Stealz account Personal Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately, and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

Stealz endeavors to safeguard user information to ensure that user account information is kept private. However, Stealz cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Our website and/or mobile application may contain links to other sites. Stealz is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site, you should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Privacy Policy only governs information related to Stealz’s Services.

When you visit our website or use our mobile application, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognized by our web server. Your IP address is not personally identifiable, however, in certain circumstances, we may link your IP address to your personally identifiable information. A “referrer” is the information passed along by a web browser that references the website that you linked from to reach our site, and may be automatically collected by our web server. System information we collect includes time and date that you access our site, the type of web browser you are using to access our sites, the operating system/platform you are using, and the CPU speed of the computer you are using. This information is sent automatically by your web browser when you are connected to our web site. None of this information is personally identifiable.

We may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personal information. Cookies are pieces of information that our site transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can change your browser to prevent that. However, you may not be able to take full advantage of our site if you do so. If we make material changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement or sending you an email.
